Exploring as an Expert in Electromagnetic Environments

Not only do I perceive electromagnetic waves with my body, but I am also an expert in measuring and improving the electromagnetic environment of homes. The first time I felt the effects of electromagnetic waves in my body, I collapsed in front of an escalator, but it was that profound realization—"electromagnetic waves also impact the body"—that ignited my investigative spirit.

That was approximately 15 years ago, and since then, using my own body as a canvas for exploration, I have delved into insights such as "the perception of electromagnetic waves differs based on their type," "there's a tendency to find ease when moving away from an EM source," and "even if fatigued by EM exposure, specific practices can swiftly restore comfort."

Through this journey, by experiencing a life completely devoid of household appliances and even living at an altitude of 2500m, I began to discern "the distinctions between individuals hypersensitive to electromagnetic waves and those who are not," and profoundly, that "if one is hypersensitive to EM, one also possesses the capacity to become less sensitive."

My core conclusion is this: simply because one doesn't consciously perceive electromagnetic waves doesn't mean they aren't being influenced. Remaining oblivious could potentially lead to the emergence of various symptoms over a prolonged period. Thus, from the vantage point of risk management, I believe that possessing a certain degree of sensitivity to electromagnetic waves is, in fact, advantageous.

Why Sensitivity is a Function of a "Delicate Sensor"

This is because the body is inherently equipped with intricate sensors, possessing the remarkable capacity to discern stressors that impact its well-being. Being sensitive to electromagnetic waves can thus be perceived as a state where these innate, delicate sensors are keenly active. Those sensitive to EM can instinctively move away from a source, thereby safeguarding themselves, whereas individuals who remain unaware continue to absorb its influence.

We possess the capacity to choose whether to remain sensitive or become desensitized to electromagnetic waves. This phenomenon can be elucidated through the concept of homeostasis—our body's innate ability to maintain internal constancy. Homeostasis is the profound capacity to adapt to our environment, a vital force that balances life functions to remain unaffected even amidst stressors like electromagnetic waves, chemical substances, or psychological strain. While this mechanism is invaluable in temporary stressful contexts, it also carries the potential to render us oblivious to constant environmental stressors. Prolonged unawareness of stress can, unfortunately, be a contributing factor to the manifestation of chronic symptoms. Therefore, if symptoms are recurring, recognizing the underlying stress becomes paramount. However, as stress often stems from multiple intertwined causes, pinpointing it can be elusive. While the swiftest path might seem to be a complete alteration of one's living environment, many individuals find this prospect daunting.

While we cannot fundamentally alter the pervasive electromagnetic environment, with informed understanding, we can significantly reduce our exposure. By reframing our experience through the lens of homeostasis, we can cultivate the ability to intuitively grasp our current stress levels. This self-awareness empowers us to respond proactively, thereby transforming sensitivity from a mere affliction into a potent signal that guides us toward effective self-regulation and deeper well-being.

To truly reframe our experience through the concept of homeostasis requires activating our body's innate capacity to feel. While many may claim, "I'm simply not the type to feel these things," we assert that no individual is truly devoid of sensation. Rather, the body is indeed perceiving, but the mind may not be fully acknowledging or integrating those sensations.
